Thank you for shopping at my website. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, I invite you to review my policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased with me.

SHIPPING POLICY

How long before my order ships?
As an individual seller, I choose to sell my products on a per-order basis, so my stock is limited. However, with full respect to your support of me, I will always do my best to have it ready and be shipped within 3-5 working days from the time of your order.

EU Delivery?
All internet orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. Delivery is free. When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. For all products in your order, except postcards, a tracking number will also be included. Please, check your spam folder, as the email(s) may end up there. Products in your order that are tracked will require a signature for goods on arrival. Rest of the World Delivery (including UK)?
All internet orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. Delivery is free. When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. For all products in your order, except postcards, a tracking number will also be included. Please, check your spam folder, as the email(s) may end up there. Products in your order that are tracked will require a signature for goods on arrival. Goods are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid and may be subject to local custom fees and import charges. This occurs in the event that the item(s) ordered is above the specified country’s import threshold and is required by the law of that country. Please check your local import thresholds. Customers with shipping addresses outside the EU are solely responsible for all duties and import taxes if they do incur.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you will wish to return an item that you purchased from my website, you can arrange it within 14 days from the date on which you received it or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. I cannot offer returns for postcards and items which have been personalised. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to me. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery. REFUND POLICY

To claim a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging with all hang tags and inserts present. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once I receive your item, I will notify you that I have received your returned item. After that, I will inspect the item and I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
